Our Purpose
I have been in the security industry as a service technician and as a service manager for the past 18 years. I’ve run across pretty pretty much every situation that is possible.
Over the past few years I’ve noticed that more and more companies are using their maintenance department to service their own equipment rather than paying a service technician around $100 per hour to do the same work. I’ve also noticed that security companies are merging and trimming their staff and asking their technicians to service everything from burglar alarms to access control systems to video surveillance systems.
The purpose of this website is to help those maintenance personnel and security technicians service and fix most problems they may encounter.
